We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, diamond weights, and details of our items accurately. However, all listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing or descriptive errors prior to order shipment.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Custom Orders

Custom jewelry designs and modified pieces are created to individual specifications. Once custom work has entered production, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Limitation of Liability

Daniel Adams Diamonds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products beyond the purchase value of the item in question.
