10-Day Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy for eligible items purchased on Daniel Adams Diamonds. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• It must include all original packaging, box, appraisal certificates, and diamond grading documentation.

$35 Return & Restocking Fee

A standard $35 processing and restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers fully insured return shipping labels and expert re-inspection of the diamond/jewelry. The $35 fee will be deducted directly from your final refund amount back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed pieces and modified or resized rings.
• Items returned missing their original diamond grading certificates.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@danieladamsdiamonds.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you an insured return shipping label and instructions.
