Refund & Return Policy

10-Day Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy for eligible items purchased on Daniel Adams Diamonds. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• It must include all original packaging, box, appraisal certificates, and diamond grading documentation.

$35 Return & Restocking Fee

A standard $35 processing and restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers fully insured return shipping labels and expert re-inspection of the diamond/jewelry. The $35 fee will be deducted directly from your final refund amount back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed pieces and modified or resized rings.
• Items returned missing their original diamond grading certificates.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@danieladamsdiamonds.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send you an insured return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution or credit card issuer to post the transaction to your account.
